Missing Parcels
If your ONU World garment should not arrive at its destination within the estimated delivery time please email us at orders@onuworld.com so we can place an enquiry with the postal service. This process requires a response from you to enable us to replace your garment. Please be aware it can take up to one month for the Post Office to make contact with you and then back with us. To help ensure a minimum of loss, please double check your address when you place your order with us.
Returns
If you need to return any garments to ONU World, please send your garment back in its original condition, with a note stating:
Your name, address and contact phone number
What size, style and colour garment you want to exchange it for
Once we have received your garment, we will dispatch your new order
